You work directly with Breana. Start with a focused review, build a plan, or agree on ongoing support. Hourly consulting and monthly engagements are available; priorities, included time, deliverables, and fees are agreed before paid work begins.
Start here
Start here when recurring handoff, staffing, or reporting problems are taking the owner’s time. A paid review identifies the causes and puts the first fixes in order.
The roadmap
Best when you know what is not working and need the fixes put in the right order.
Ongoing leadership
For a team that needs help carrying out an agreed plan. The monthly scope determines which responsibilities Breana takes on and how much time is included.
Not sure where to start? Compare the three options, or talk it through with Breana.
A clearer picture of the work
My job is to leave your team with something it can use. Depending on the engagement, that might be a findings report, a 90-day plan, a KPI dashboard, or a weekly meeting structure.
01
What I found, why it matters, and what I would fix first.
02
A 90-day plan that shows what happens first, who owns it, and how you’ll know it is finished.
03
A short weekly dashboard for decisions about follow-up, staffing, and capacity.
04
A simple agenda that clears blockers and ends with owners and due dates.
Illustrative formats use fictional examples, never client data or patient information. Final deliverables are tailored to the engagement.
See sample deliverablesThe strongest fit is an established practice with paying clients, a team, and a recurring operations problem the owner is ready to address. Other service businesses may fit when the same team and workflow challenges are present.
Be ready to describe your team, the work that keeps coming back to you, what you want to change, and the budget you can commit. If you are still building your first client base, start with the free scorecard and Insights library.

I spent 15 years inside dermatology, aesthetics, and wellness businesses, starting in nursing and moving into operations leadership, including a Director of Operations role. Now I bring that operator's experience to founders as a consultant.
I've done all of this firsthand. I've run P&Ls, built SOPs, hired and restructured teams, and led the weekly meetings that keep a growing business on track. What I build is designed for handoff, so your team can run it without me.
I'm based in San Diego, California, and I work with clients remotely across the United States.

Browse all InsightsI look at how your business runs day to day: the workflows, the team structure, the numbers, and the systems behind them. Then I help you fix what slows you down. In practice that means building SOPs, setting up KPI dashboards, clarifying roles, and creating processes that don't depend on the founder for every task.
Established med spas, aesthetic practices, and wellness businesses with paying clients and a team. The work is most useful when the owner is losing time to repeated workflow problems, unclear responsibilities, or weak reporting. Other service businesses may fit when they face similar operations challenges.
The free 60-minute discovery call is for discussing your team, priorities, budget, and whether working together makes sense. It does not include a completed operations audit or a written action plan. Any paid review or ongoing support is scoped separately.
Hourly consulting and monthly support are available. The fee depends on your needs and the agreed scope. Before paid work begins, we agree on priorities, included time, deliverables, and fees. Email Breana with your team size, main operations problem, and budget to discuss fit.
The Audit is the diagnosis. You get a deep look at your P&L, KPIs, staffing, and workflows, delivered as a growth opportunities report. The Blueprint includes that audit and adds the build plan, with a 30-60-90 day roadmap, a KPI dashboard, SOP priorities, team structure recommendations, and a revenue optimization plan.
Operations leadership for a defined part of the month. Depending on the agreed scope, support can include leadership meetings, KPI review, team accountability, and workflow implementation. The proposal defines included time, meeting cadence, responsibilities, and what stays with your team.
No. I spent 15 years in dermatology, aesthetics, and wellness, so I know those businesses inside out. But founder bottlenecks, missing SOPs, and untracked KPIs show up in every growing service business, and the work that fixes them is the same.
I'm based in San Diego, California, and I work with clients remotely across the United States. Most of the work happens over video calls and shared documents, so where you are is not a barrier.
