This website is operated by Breana Yarnall under the Greyhouse Operations brand. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and how it is used. The short version: the site collects very little, and it is never sold.
Analytics and cookies
Optional Google Analytics is off unless you explicitly choose Accept analytics. Before that choice, this site does not load Google's Analytics script or initiate a Google Analytics request. If accepted, Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, general region, device type, and browser information on servers in the United States. Greyhouse Operations uses this information only to improve the site.
The site stores your granted or denied choice in local storage. If that preference cannot be read or saved, analytics defaults to off. You can reject optional cookies without losing website functionality, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the persistent Cookie settings button. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are always denied. The site does not use advertising trackers.
If you contact or book with Breana
If you send an email or book a discovery call, the information you share (such as your name, email address, and what you tell us about your business) is used only to respond to you and to work together if we decide to. Booking is handled through Google Calendar, which collects the details you enter when you schedule.
Do not submit patient information
This public website, Breana's general email, and the discovery-call booking form are not intended to collect patient names, treatment details, medical records, or other protected health information. Please keep initial inquiries limited to general business and operations information. If a future engagement requires patient-level information, appropriate privacy, security, and business-associate requirements must be agreed before access.
The Operations Scorecard
The scorecard runs entirely in your browser and does not ask for your name or email. Its individual answers, total score, result band, and per-dimension details are not sent to Greyhouse Operations or Google Analytics. If you accept optional analytics, Analytics may record that the scorecard page was viewed, just like another page on this site.
Resume submissions
If you share a resume by email, Greyhouse Operations may use the information you provide to understand your background, respond to you, and evaluate potential fit for future opportunities or referrals. Do not send Social Security numbers, date of birth, patient information, personal medical details, or unnecessary sensitive information. Resume introductions do not guarantee a job, interview, referral, response, or placement. You may ask Breana to delete your resume at any time by emailing bre@breanayarnall.com.
What the site does not do
The site does not sell your personal information. It does not run advertising trackers. It does not ask you to create an account, and there is no login.
Your choices
California residents may request that we disclose or delete the personal information we hold about them. You can make a request, ask a question, or ask to be removed from any list by emailing bre@breanayarnall.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change with it.
